    YES! I want to go check out the model in Menlo Park at Sunset...

    I'm trying to figure out how to make this my first house, purchasing both land and the house at the same time...

    If anyone has any advice on financeing a To-be-built house and land at the same time (or know a good mortgage broker in the bay area for this) please post info.

    I think the glide house, w/ all one side facing south for passive solar heat, would be optimal...
